Nex gen custom fields

Hello JIRA,

We are using Zapier to pull stuff from JIRA and create a Google calendar Events. We cannot access the custom fields on a nex gen project. We opened a ticket with Zapier and they said they could not see the fields we wanted via the API. Are custom fields on the Nex Gen projects available via the API?

Can you please let us know what kind of fields they were talking about?

Indeed, there are some custom fields that are not available on JIRA Next-gen projects - Only a limited number of custom field types can be used on it.
