As of this morning, all tickets created in one of my managed projects will default to "Incomplete" resolution, but as it is a resolution, the tickets are technically "resolved". I've verified that Resolution is not a field in create, edit, or transition screens. There is only one other person with project admin permissions who I know did not alter anything. Anyone know what might have happened or have a possible solution?

A couple of things to check if you are using a company-managed project, has resolution been added to to the create screen? Is there an automation that is setting the resolution on issue create? Check your workflow to see if there is a post function that is setting the resolution.
