New vs old issue view

Hi,

We're going live with Jira with 700 external and internal users this spring, and I'm wondering what's the implications of choosing the new vs the old issue view? For now I've told everyone (some er live already) to use the new, but now I just noticed a collegue uploaded a 5-6 screenshots inline in a comment and they didn't show.

After investigating the issue, I found that he was using the old view. Is this a know bug or a feature? And are there others?

Next-gen projects were designed to be more simple, so there are many features that classic projects have that next-gen doesn’t have for now.

Related to this bug that you mentioned, we would like to know more details, the steps that the user followed.

If possible, send us a screenshot. Is it happening only in the old view? Was the ticket opened through the board or on Issues and Filters?
