I added a new user shortly after creating their email address. They never received the invite. I have tried resending the invite and trying the forgot password link, but they are not getting any of the emails.
I have run a trace in the exchange admin center and the emails are not making it into the exchange, there is no record of any email from atlassian coming into the exchange for that user. Other users have received emails from atlassian and there are records of them in the trace.
My guess is that as I added the user immediately after creating their email address the initial invite bounced and has now been blocked by atlassian in some way shape or form. How do I get the user their invitation?
If the user tries to just login, they get told that they need to complete the setup by clicking on the verification link in the email that they were sent. (no email was received). If I try resend the verification email nothing is received.
