New stories created today in Jira are missing Rank

We have an issue where all new stories that we create in Jira are missing the Rank value. The stories are created successfully but when you move them, we are getting "Internal Server Error". Any ideas what would have changed to cause this?

Hi @William F. O Connor one thing to check is that you're definitely listed under the Edit Issues and Schedule Issues permission within the project, as these are required to be able to rank an issue. This shouldn't however be causing an internal server error, which leads me onto the next point..

Looking at the statuspage, there is an active incident under investigation, so it might be related to this. I would wait a little while until these issues have been resolved, and then try again to see if the issue has been fixed. If the same issue is being seen, I would raise a bug with Atlassian
