New "Team" field not appearing in Board filters

I have added the new "Team" field on the Issue Layout screen for one of our issue types, however it is not appearing as a filter option on Board/List views in our JWM Cloud project (I have tried both team-managed and company-managed projects).

I have created a team using Teams > Create a team from the top ribbon and populated the Team field on an issue with this team.

I also cannot add Team as a column on List view nor customise the cards on Board view to show Team.

As it is a locked field we can't edit it.

Any ideas how to get the field to appear in the filter options on Board/List view?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I have the same experience as you with my Work Management project and my Free subscription.

I have seen before that not all fields are necessarily available for card customization and columns in JWM projects.

I did not find an issue in Atlassian's public backlog about the Team field specifically for JWM. I suggest that you ask your Jira Administrators to open an Atlassian Support case to ask if this is already a documented feature request, and to get a feature request opened if it is not.

It would be great if you can report back here what you learn and provide the link the to feature request.
