These two menus in red weren't there yesterday. We won't need them so we need to remove them, I looked into board configuration and quick filters and they don't appear there.

How do I remove the menus in red in the screenshot below?

Hello @Jean-Philippe Côté - CF

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You cannot remove those. They will appear automatically if your board includes issues that have different values in those fields.

Jira provides some filters automatically in boards. In Jira Software, for example, it will automatically provide filters on the board for Epic, Sprint, and Type (issue type), if the issues in the scope of the board include multiple values for those fields.

It looks like for JSM it is now providing filters automatically based on the Status and Request Type fields.

I don't work much with JSM boards so I don't know at what point that change started rolling out, but I see it in my test environment also.
