Hi everyone,
When I create a new account in Tempo Timesheets it takes several hours or days for this new account to be available in my Jira project Account custom field.
I made sure that my new account and Jira project are linked in both locations: Tempo Account and Jira Project settings.
It used to take make 2 or 3 minutes to sync before a new account is available. Now nothing happens... I even tried to link/unlink the account. Sometimes it work but after several hours.
I just can't wait hours before my team can log hours in a new project.
Do you have any solutions for this?

It shouldn't take that long for sure! And it's an awful UX for sure. In your case I would ask Tempo for their advice, since timesheets stores their data outside of jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/timesheets-by-tempo-jira-time-tracking?tab=privacy-and-security&hosting=cloud&utm_source=gdn&utm_medium=paid-display&campaign=21252494340&adgroup=&device=c&devicemodel=&placement=&aceid=&creative=&adtype=&gclid=CjwKCAjwko21BhAPEiwAwfaQCPMiBG_Sr7PJToEIibrZmW2BVpW6CE8BcnVY6-8CD-A3U_tSbWHFxBoCZBwQAvD_BwE&country=&network=x&targetid=&gad_source=1).
