As a site admin (Jira Cloud), I turned on the new navigation for our org. However, some users can see it, while others say the old navigation is present. I'm not sure how/why there is an inconsistency among the user base. Any suggestions?
Hi @Thomas Sawyer ! This can happen if the old interface is cached on their devices.
Try to log in through incognito mode. If everything is fine in incognito, then it's time to clear the cache.
@Oleksii Melnyk Thanks I think that did it! Before I posted this, I asked one user to log out/log back into Jira and it worked for her.

Sometimes features like the new navigation roll out in phases, even if enabled org-wide. If clearing cache doesn't help, checking Atlassian's release notes might explain it. Glad it’s working now!
