New MS Teams Jira Webhook doesn´t work anymore

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am still using the JIRA On Premise v9.4.8
I cant use the new Webhooks created in the Workflow app and normal Webhook Configuration in MS Teams does not work anymore and shows a Blank site. (Same for the JIRA SERVER Connector)
The Webhooks need to look like
https://calida365.webhook.office.com/webhoo.....
But the new one looks like
https://prod-93.westeurope.logic.azure.com:443/workflows/.......
