New Issue on HR project

Hi everyone, 

I have a screen problem on my HR project.
When i create a issue, the inside popup appears in the old way and the edition of an issue is in the new design.

---> How can i use the new design in the creation of every issue ?

You second screenshot shows the issue in Edit mode. It is not available in Create mode - there is only one Create mode, which you show in your first screenshot. The Create mode is the same for both old and new view.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I hope it's coming feature in coming release.

However, i had something else before adding new field in the project screen... but i don't have any screenshot to share. The design looks like the design in edit mode.
