Currently, this functionality isn't available in the Jira product.  However, we understand that a feature like this could improve the value we deliver in our products, therefore, we do have an open feature request logged to our product team to get this implemented and the same is being tracked here:

• JRACLOUD-75247 - Create a custom field "table"

As an alternative option, you can use the add-on Table Grid Next Generation app to add a Table-type custom field to your issues.

Tabular custom field types out of the box in Jira, currently are not available. Additionally, you can:

• Use Awesome custom fields app from the marketplace
