We are getting either a 403 error when attempting to establish a connection using the api URL following the documentation here https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-users/#api-rest-api-3-user-bulk-get
One saying that the session token is invalid, and one saying the page we requested does not exist.

The use you are using, is this use in the Atlassian administration and does this user have the correct access?
The message stated, is that one of this is not correct. The user needs to have site or org admin access

The user in the screenshots provided is a Service Account setup within admin.atlassian.com
The account does have App Admin access as well as membership in the org-admins groups

I think the issue is with Sailpoint, it seems it doesn't recognise the service account email address, not as a valid email address.
What if you try the integration with an api token from another user in Atlassian?
