Need to upgrade Jira 6.4.6 to 8.20, kindly let me know the upgrade path to process the JIRA upgrade.

You should upgrade following this path

6.4 -> 7.0 -> 7.13 -> 8.2 -> 8.20

My suggestion is to perform all these steps in a test environment first.
