Need to understand what exactly Jira administer can do with admin access in Jira cloud not org admin

Hello Team,

I have admin access for jira cloud, Now I need to know how the admin access works in jira cloud, Is all the options visible to me ? or else I need to have org admin access to see all the options?

• Jira Admin Access:

  • Manage projects, issue types, workflows, and permissions within specific projects.
  • Configure project settings and create custom fields.
  • Manage users and groups for the projects you administer.

• Organization Admin Access:

  • Manage all Jira projects across the organization.
  • Control billing and subscription settings.
  • Access to global settings, such as user management for the entire organization, security settings, and site-wide configurations.
