Need to restrict subtask issue type availability only for single issue type.

Hi Team, 

I am looking for an option to restrict an subtask issue type only to be availed in particular standard issue type. 

For example Subtask1, subtask2 and subtask 3 can be visible in all the standard issue types. Where as subtask4 should only be available for one particular standard issue type which I may choose.

Kindly help incase if we have any approach to achieve mentioned criteria.
