It is BI policy that Indegene use the BI Jira website for use cases and other Jira activity while working on a BI project. We have created the Jira repository for them but they need to migrate a lot of work from their JIRA repository to ours they have the following questions

We need to know how we can do an org-org transfer to migrate the stories from Indegene JIRA to BI JIRA.

We require to configure few fields in BI JIRA to exactly match the user stories in Indegene JIRA. For this activity either we will require an admin access or it should be done by BI JIRA team.

We also need to discuss how the test cases on Zephyr will be transferred.

Welcome to the community.  You should contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) if necessary to assist your ask.  Or you will need to work with both BI and Indegene Jira admins to conduct the needed cloud to cloud migration.
