Need to login with PIN from both Authenticator app AND PIN from email

Hi, I've enabled two-step verification but need to loging with both PIN from authenticator app AND PIN from email. Step by step:

1) Login with user and password

2) Requested to enter PIN from Authenticator app

3) Requested to enter PIN sent per email.

How can I get rid of step (3)?

Hello, Good day. Could you confirm whether your account is managed or unmanaged user account? Also if you are an admin user check the user login policy under admin.atlassian.com. Thanks!
