Our Jira instance is hosted on a Server which is hosted in our AWS DataCenter. We want to export all the tickets (around 12000) along with the attachments in csv format for future references. Can someone please suggest suitable options to do this task?
Hi Moses, I would recommend you consider an add-on application here is one I found but there are others you should consider as well download-attachments
