Need to add new team member to a filter so their name shows at top of our kanban with the rest of our team. I can't figure out how to update. Adding screenshots. The person who used to manage this has left the firm but we thought she gave me all the access I needed to do all things "JIRA"

Hi, @Kristen Cooper 

In order to make it you need to have permissions to change board. There, in board settings, you can add quick filter for your new employee and place it at required position.

At current moment, on screenshots, I see, that you don't have such permissions. Ask your Jira admin (or other board admin) to give you such permissions for board.

hi, thx so much for this info. The other admin left the company. so this stinks :( thx again though!!
