Hello,
Could you please advise on the best way to transfer a project from one Jira Cloud instance to another, including all issues, attachments, comments, statuses, assignees, links, images (e.g., JPGs), and other related data?
I’m considering using the “Data Transfer” option (please refer to the screenshot below for reference). If this method is valid for full project migration, could you please confirm and also share any limitations or considerations I should be aware of before proceeding?
Thanks you!
If the other site is brand new and blank, this is your best option. Otherwise you will get duplicated stuff like custom fields, screens, etc, but nothing that a painful clean up can't fix.
Another option is revyz, that mostly the best option for active target instances
Other site is not blank, there already many project available. in that case can we go with this transferred process from Atlassian itself. @Ignacio Vera

Hi Kumari - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I suggest using the Revyz Command Center app in the Marketplace.
You can do a free 30 day trial and accomplish what you need.

Thank you!
Please suggest, from which site we need to use this app. Source or Destination site?
Which one is better? Transferred data from Atlassian or we can go with this app. @John Funk

Revyz tool has to be loaded in both sites.
I am biased but I think the Revyz tool provides more flexibility and better functionality.
