Need support to migrate time tracer lite to Time tracker Cloud DC.

i had time tracker lite licenses for my users and as it is depreciated Feb 2025 , i have purchased time tracker Cloud DC licenses. but still data/configuration,.etc. were not migrated to time tracker.  i try to save new configuration in time tracker cloud DC configurations. but configuring are not saving automatically (it says configuration will be save automatically). also, i am getting error when i try to access report from the project saying authorization error, you don't have access. i am trying to follow official article , but as configuration is not saving other issues, still end user get this automation error when they want to see reports.
