Need list of tickets with no estimate time mentioned

I need a list of tickets with no ETAs mentioned to be displayed assignee wise for Eg

and so on... Is it achievable in Jira?

To be honest not 100% sure if I get what you want to achieve.. but I guess that you would like to have a report that would give you list of assignees (or tickets?) and some estimation that they gave next to their names? Correct?

Could you please clarify?
