I am working in Banking Industry, in Risk Management.
I am in charge of a project to use JIRA and Porfolio for JIRA for the whole Risk Sector.
From a Business perspective, I would like to provide Portoflio view to the VP and 4 directors to manage their Roadmaps. There is 4 departments, each of them having their own Roadmaps wich is a subset of the VP Strategy Roadmap.
I am not sure of the best implementation Strategy... Need your expert advices
Here is my initial idea:
Each Single Plan would represent a yearly business roadmap for the department and the 5th one would be the MainBusiness roadmap of the VP.
Does it make sense, ss there a better implementation?
Is it mandatory to have "Releases"? It seems like I need to have them even if it's not software dev. If I need them, how do we figure what is is representing compared to the Roadmaps?
