Need help with setting up new project

Hi Everyone,

I would like to get your help from you since I am setting up my first project from zero.

0. I have created new project, gave it name, added people etc

1. I should modify issue types:
1.1. How can I add custom field in eg bug with dropdown and 3 predefined options?

1.2. How can I change statuses and add new ones?

1.3. How can I add/change resolution fields with dropdown options?

1.4. How can I change project from estimation in story points to time estimation?

3. You should add the Resolution field to the screen used for the required transition:

4. You should add the timetracking field to all screens instead of the Story point field.
