Need help on implementing CAPTCHA during login and auto complete for Jira.

Hi All, we have self hosted Jira setup for our clients and Jira is exposed through internet. Our security teams wants to implement certain security standards in the installation. We want to implement CAPTCHA for every user login (first attempt also) and remove auto complete for login. Please let us know how we can implement the same.
