We need to setup the satisfaction questionnaire for the customer for the EDI tickets. These tickets are raised by our team or Mc Kesson IT Team for our team.
Post the ticket completion, we want to trigger the satisfaction survey E-mail to the end customer. So, I was found the below option for the Satisfaction Settings in Jira ( as shown in the screenshot
I have found the option in Jira - Project Setting - Satisfication Settings for the same and found that the Feedback is "ON" for my Jira project.
Now need your help in setting up the following.

You cannot add questions to the built-in survey in Jira. It is intended to be very simple and basic. There are add-ons that you can find in the Atlassian Marketplace that will help you with the items you want. Apart from an add-on you will not be able to do those things.
