Need a rest endpoint for security configuration post provisioning of the site

We are currently in the process of automating certain configurations following the provisioning of an Atlassian site in Jira Cloud. As part of this effort, we are looking for REST API endpoints that would allow us to perform the following action automatic:

 Configure User Access Settings – such as enabling/disabling user access, setting domain restrictions, or applying access policies.

 Enable or Configure Audit Log Settings – including options(enable-disable) to audit log retention, visibility, or integration .

 Could you please guide us on whether such endpoints exist within the Atlassian Cloud REST API? If so, we would appreciate documentation references or examples of how these configurations can be implemented.
