Need Right plugin to achieve the Report

Hello community,
I need to create bar chart based on Part numbers
RC is the issue type which has part number Field where user can enter single or multiple values.(Drop down Field)
Bug is the another issue type where Bug will be linked to RC.
One Bug can link with multiple RC. But one RC can link with Single Bug.
Now i need count of Bug which are affected by part number.
I hope below image will give more clarity on the Report
Note: Part number Field is there in RC and The connection between RC and Bug is only through Link. Now i need count of Bugs which are affected through Part number.
