Naming issues JSM vs. Normal Jira? 2024

Hi,
Since Jira Software and Work Management are now simply “Jira”, but we keep “JSM”, how do we differentiate in our communication between Non-JSM Jira and the JSM Jira?
I mean if we link tickets from JSM to Non-JSM, I hear people say “Oh that ticket is in the normal Jira, not in JSM”. Is there no official term to replace JSW and JWM??
Regards, Lukas

Hi, @Lukas Gotter _ Meetical.  In the Atlassian "new world" it's:

1. Jira

2. Jira Service Management (JSM)

On, and...

3. Jira Product Discovery (JPD)

4. Jira Align (which we all know is an entirely different animal)

For now.

To your point, in our org. we say "Jira" and "JSM" now to distinguish between the two.

And we are starting to use Jira Product Discovery now.  So, that we'll call "JPD."
