Hi We have two accounts one JIRA and a BitBucket account. Unfortunately they have been created under different user id's and we would like to merge them.

How can we do this. 

It quite important as I need to update the billing details on the BitBucket account but it won't let me at the moment.

 

I would like to have both accounts merged to samdog account under my nick.lloyd@samdog.nz.  This is our join account. The bitbucket account is under user name hugh.wicks@samdog.nz who has left our organisation.

We have access to both accounts and just want to know how to merge them to a single account.

Hi @nicklloydnz,

Your Atlassian ID account is a single account that works across multiple systems.  But, if you're using multiple Atlassian ID's for different products, I believe you'll need to contact Atlassian to assist you. 

You should provide the emails associated with each of your existing accounts, and let them know which you would like to be your primary account.
