My user is complaining an error we already notified your admin of your access request for jira on inn-aalshafei.atlassian.net. If it's been a while since your initial request, contact your admin for more details.
Although i check and invited this user to my jira community and by default its declared as Administrator under our free trial in the Jira access.
Can you please suggest how can i fix this problem.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
First find out what login they are using for Atlassian Cloud.
Then in https://admin.atlassian.com go to Directory and confirm that there is a user there that matches that login and that the user's status is Active.
Review the details of the user's account and confirm that they have been assigned a role for the product.
Also confirm that the user has been assigned to a group that grants them access to the product.
