Hi there,

It seems like your team member is encountering a common issue that could stem from either browser-related problems, a temporary database sync issue on Atlassian's end, or rate-limiting from Sentry (as indicated by the 429 error).

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    • Ask the team member to clear their browser's cache and cookies, as these can sometimes cause loading issues.
    • Alternatively, try logging in via an incognito/private window.
  2. Verify Permissions

    • Double-check the permissions in Jira to ensure the user has the correct access. Sometimes, permissions might appear granted but could require re-validation.
  3. Test Network Connectivity

    • Ensure the user's internet connection is stable.
    • If they're using a VPN, have them try disabling it temporarily to rule out connection conflicts.
  4. Browser Update or Switch

    • Ensure their browser is up to date.
    • If the problem persists, try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) to see if the issue is browser-specific.
  5. Check Atlassian Status

    • Visit Atlassian Status Page to confirm whether there are ongoing incidents affecting Jira.
  6. Contact Atlassian Support

    • If none of the above works and the error persists, raising a support request with Atlassian might be necessary.
    • Provide them with the error message, a screenshot if possible, and the steps you've already tried.

If you're managing multiple systems and need smoother integrations or access management, consider tools like Getint to streamline cross-platform workflows and ensure your team’s tools communicate effectively.

Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
