I updated my workflow to below -
Now when I assign a the status of intake or Scheduled and assign a sprint in the list tab, it doesn't show up in the backlog tab. If I change it to from In Progress to Scheduled while I am looking at the backlog board, this is the error I get but I don't know how to change the filters so I can see everything assigned.

I'm not able to find the board settings. All I see is "configure board" and when I click on that, it brings me to this.

Click the ... button next to the board name and then select Board Settings.
Expand Layout and select Columns.
On the right it will show how the Statuses in your workflow have been mapped to Columns in your Active Sprints view.
When the board was initially created it would have automatically mapped the Statuses available at that time to columns on the board.
If you have added new Statuses to the workflow, those don't automatically get mapped to columns. Instead they appear in the Unmapped statuses area on the left.
Items in those unmapped statuses will not display in the Backlog or the Active Sprints board.
You need to drag Statuses from that area to columns on the right. Then items in those statuses will be visible in the Backlog and on the Board.
