My account for storello.atlassian.net seems to have been deleted due to inactivity.
Would it be possible to restore it?

The only way to do this is to contact support and let them set it up correctly. You can use the link above or get there through
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
It's not just a chat bot. There is an option at the bottom of the page after filling in details with the chat bot to open a ticket.

Are you on the free or paid plan?
If you are on the free plan your site will be set to Inactive after 120 days if you don't login. The data will be deleted after additonal 15 days and will not be recoverable.
To reactivate a subscription:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
On the Subscriptions page, select the Inactive tab.
Find the subscription you’re looking for and select Reactivate.
Review your subscription details and select Continue.
Review your billing details. If they weren’t added before, you can add them now. If you select or add a new payment method, all subscriptions billed together in the same billing profile will be moved over to the new payment method.
Select Confirm.

Under "Im Costumer" and Continue without Login, and when you Select any Topic, You should get an Form to fill and send.
