My "Create Sprint" button has disappeared - no permissions changes

I have no "Create Sprint" button at the top of my Backlog page.

I had a cloud premium trial where I successfully created multiple sprints using the "Create Sprint" button over the last month.  Now that the trial has reverted to "free" the "Create Sprint Button" no longer appears.  I am the owner and administrator - no permissions have changed from when this worked.

Please assist.  I would like to keep using Jira until our purchase order can go through.

Hello @Wendy Umbriac 

Your screen image does not include the top of the Backlog list section of the Backlog Screen. That is where the Create Sprint button would appear.

Do you see it there?
