My new transition form doesn't appear when I click the transition.

My new transition form doesn't appear when I click the transition.  What association or other step have I missed?  I recently published the workflow draft version.

Hello @Phil Bustin 

Can you show us the workflow and select the transition to which you attached the screen?

Then show us what you are selecting when you want to transition an issue.

Also confirm for us that the issue is in a Company Managed project (versus a Team Managed project).

It turns out there was no screen assigned to the transition.  I assigned the screen and it is working.  Perhaps I assigned it in a different workflow version, or closed my transition edit session before I finished using the dialog box.
