My name appears as Vizion/Ajoke Hassan, please I need the Vizion removed.

Admin has not been able to do this.

This is the community where we can suggest solutions, but from here is not possible to access to your account or your site.

If your user account come from an identity provider sync or is a managed account, managed by your company, you should contact with the Atlassian admins in your company.

Otherways, your name should be changed in your personal account settings, you can follow this tutorial
