My initals show on my profile but they don't show up on the story which i am assigned too?

When I check my profile or my team members profile, it shows initials but when the I or my team members are assigned their avatar or mine doesn't have initials on them. When I hover on the avatar without initials, I can see the assignee name. What should I be doing to show the initials of my avatar on my story avatar?

Hello Ann,

Currently, it's not possible to set the initials as a default avatar for the entire instance. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
