My form comes up with an error when someone outside the project submits it

Hello, 

I have created a form that submits an issue off the back of it. When someone outside of the project submits it it comes up with a very basic error "We couldn't create your issue, please try again later". However, the issue actually creates and is added into the backlog of the project. 

Does anyone know why this issue appears?

Hey Courtney,

Well, that's weird. I would go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if they can help. Otherwise you could chase a lot of rabbits.
