My estimate is in days. My remaining sum is in minutes. How do I change this too days?

Could you confirm what your JIRA's default unit for time is: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/configuring-time-tracking-802593086.html
If it is not already, you should be able to change it to days.
