My board + Project disappeared from the account

Hello,

I contact you because my board and my Project disappeared from my account on JIRA and i does not know how to restaure it or find the event who is reliable to this suppression.

I have no saves of the system on the Cloud (or on local).

How i can i find the event reliable to this ?

Hi Fahed - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In all likelihood someone has deleted it. If so, there is no way to get it back.

You can go to Settings > System > Audit Log to see if you can find who did it.

Thanks for the answer but i do not have access to the Audit Log ; is there another way to know how it disappeared ?

No, that is the only way. You should contact your Jira Systems Administrator and have him/her look in the Audit Log.
