My backlog no longer shows tickets in the “complete” state.

Wakil BENAMOUR May 21, 2024

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there has been a new update recently? My backlog no longer shows tickets in the “complete” state.

I tried to move the “complete” status to the “to do” column and the tickets reappeared. But I'd like them to be in the finish column and appear as before.

I've also lost the “hide complete issue older than” option on my board settings.

Can you please help me?

Thanks a lot

Is this a Kanban board or a Scrum board?

On a Scrum board, by default, any issue that is in the a status mapped to the rightmost column of the board will only show up on the Backlog section if it is in an active sprint.

If it's a Kanban board, the only work items that will show up in the Backlog are the ones that are in one of the statuses that are mapped to the Backlog in your board configuration.

But this is how the functionality has always worked, so it sounds like your board configuration has been modified, as opposed to a change with the application behavior.
