My access giver to JIRA has added me to the project. I still don't get access.

Hi everyone,

In the new company I'm working, we're experiencing buggy behaviour from JIRA.

The person in charge of giving access has added me to this project. However, I still get the same response that I can't access this. In addition, I haven't received any confirmation from JIRA that I have been added. Since I appear as an added member for the access giver, this problem appears to be with JIRA itself. No, this is not a Jira problem, you do not have access to the proxy server that your organisation has put in front of Jira.

You'll need to talk to your networking people.
