My Work view reverting to period view

I have gone into 'My Work' and set the view to Week but every time I come out and go back in it reverts to period view - is there a way to stop it reverting?

Hi @Gordon Cole welcome to the community.  I took a look at Atlassian's Jira Site and couldn't find anything related to the issue that you are having. You don't list out your steps, but if I go to 'Views' and click on Calendar, I can set it to week, leave the view, and come back later and it's still set to 'Week'.

Do you experience the same behavior using different browsers, or do different users have the same behavior?  If so, you may want to have Atlassian Support weigh in on this.  They can confirm if it's supposed to stay that way or not.  I would think it should, but I could be wrong.

Thanks for your response. I have tried in Edge & Chrome and both are behaving the same i.e. reverting to period view when I go back. A colleague has tried it in firefox and he found it remembered the week view setting so browser is a possible cause. At the moment  there are not many of my colleagues that I can check with.

I'd say you've found an anomaly between Edge/Chrome & Firefox. I'd create that ticket w/ Atlassian Support (If you're not the admin, they might need to do it for you) and have them weigh in.
