Hi
I had created a space named "HomOps". Today I can see it's not there anymore.
I can see it in Spaces->More Spaces, but clicking on it doesn't work. When try to create a new space with same name, it says HomOps already exists.
Please help me recover my space.
Hello @Ankit Mongia
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Is HomOps a Confluence Space within a Jira site (https://xxx.atlassian.net), or is it a Confluence site (https://homops.atlassian.net)?
Can you see other Spaces within the same Jira site?
When was the last time you accessed that content?
Do any other users have Jira Admin access to the same site?
Have you checked the Jira Administration > Spaces, then looked in Manage Spaces and Trash to see if the Space is listed in either location?

The Spaces likely still exist. The issue may be related to the Permissions and/or association of Users with Roles in the space.
Can you click on the gear icon in the upper right corner near your Avatar and then select Spaces? In the resulting new page do you see the HomOps space listed?
What does it say in the Type column? Example:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I have changed the space owner to me "Ankit Mongia", but the space still shows empty

Thank you for that additional screen image.
Can you click on the HomOps link in that page? It should take you to the Space Settings for the space.
Can you then navigate to the Access option and tell us what if any Role has been associated with your user account?

I apologize. I misdirected you.
From Jira Administration > Spaces, click on the ... button to the far right of the Space name, in the Space URL column, and click the Space Settings option.
Then select the Access option. Example:
And then tell us or show us the Roles that are associated with your user account, if there is any association.
What I think may have happened is that the Access setting for the Space was set to Limited or Private while you were on the trial of the Standard subscription. And your user account may not have gotten associated with a role in the Space. When your subscription was reverted to the Free version the Access setting remained in place for the Space. And without a Role assigned to your user in that Space you may no longer be able to access it.
You won't be able to see the Access setting for the project while you are on the Free version.
Setting yourself as the Lead for the Space does not automatically assign you to a Role or grant you access to the Space.
If that is the case the way to change it is to upgrade again to a trial of the Standard version and then change the Access setting for the Space to Open, or assign yourself to a Role in the Space that will give you access to the Space.

So, you are now able to see data for the HomOps project in the board, summary, list, and other tabs?
If so, yay!
