I got a JIRA software license for the "Agile with JIRA Atlassian" course at Coursera. Somehow, within 1 week I started getting pop-ups that my license is expiring right away. When I navigated to billing, I was unable to extend the "trial period" as I did not find the Server ID that is necessary to fill the form. I believe I being a JIRA user before has caused this problem - that my license is taken as a regular trial license, and not Coursera Lab license. Not sure how should I seek help. I have posted on Coursera forum as well.
If you have got licences through something other than Atlassian's site, you need to talk to the people who provided them. We're a community of end-users of Atlassian software, we (mostly) don't know about other organisations.
