Hi @Satheesh Venkatachalam

It appears that Jira on your cloud site has been suspended recently due to missing payment.  I created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3414895

Someone from our customer advocates team should be able to help you to reactivate Jira and address the billing problem there.

Andy

Hi Andy Heinzer,

Thank you for your prompt support. We received the Jira ticket, and it has been activated from your end. We made the invoice payment after receiving the notice.

However, we were initially confused as some users were able to log in while others experienced issues, where the system kept loading and displayed an error stating that the backend was unable to fetch data (as shown in the attached image). Had we been notified earlier, we would have made the payment immediately.

That said, the issue is now resolved. We appreciate your assistance!

Best Regards,

Satheesh

@Satheesh Venkatachalam Looks like something you'll need to raise with the Jira Support folks!

We attempted to contact support but found no direct option in the help center, it directed us to community support, so I posted there. Will try again.
