When was the last time you successfully accessed the data?
What is the message you receive now when attempting to access the data?
Have you been using a Free Jira subscription?
If you have been using a Free Jira subscription and you did not access the data for an extended period of time, Atlassian may have deactivated your subscription. They send warning emails to the Organization Admin about this, and another email when they actually deactivate the subscription. After deactivation they hold the data for a short period of time to enable the customer to reactivate the subscription, but eventually they will delete the data.
