Multiple boards feeding two parallel sprints / boards

I have two main boards:

- Customer Success

- Development

We then have a board for each customer, with tasks that either pertain to Customer Success activities or to Development activities.

My goal is that when we go in each Customer board, we take tasks from its backlog and feed them into two parallel sprints, one that sends tasks automatically to the global Customer Success board, and the other that feeds to the global Development board.

I think we cannot use queries on the 2 main boards because we continually create new boards for customers and cannot update the query every time.

my thoughts on how to approach the problem:

1. create a custom field selection type with selections of: Success and Development
2. You would use the Customer Board to review issues and when ready to move an issue into the backlog of either the Success or Development activity then you set the custom field
3. Set up your Success and Development board to include only issues that have been 'approved', i.e. include 'custom field' = Success or 'custom field' = Development.
4. Use your Success and Development boards to manage the backlog and move items into sprints
